THE SPACE SHOP RETURN POLICY
TheSpaceShop.com offers a 30-day return/exchange policy on all items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return to us either by shipping it back or in-person at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, Florida.

The following items cannot be returned:

Product that has been worn or used, altered, or laundered.

Products in which the tags have been removed.

Custom jersey orders or personalized items.

DVDs that have been opened. Defective DVD's will be exchanged for new replacements.

Clearance items that are noted "non-returnable."

Bathing suits and undergarments.

The customer is responsible for all freight charges. However, if the product was received damaged/defective or the wrong item was shipped, you will be credited for shipping cost. Exchanges are subject to available inventory. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card account.
Some items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, including high value collectibles and autographed pieces.
Please include the following in your return package:

Reason for the return/exchange.
We recommend using a pre-paid, insured traceable method when returning merchandise, to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Lost returns are the responsibility of the sender.
